Create a theme from a shared theme snippet

Decodes a /t/:token share link (the "Copy share link" button on a theme) through the same settings parse createUserTheme uses, and saves it under name.

Error handling

A 401 is returned: Unauthorized. A 422 is returned: name is missing.
