Point a device at another device's shared playlist

Mirroring copies the master device's sharable playlist onto this device. The master must have visibility set to sharable.

Error handling

A 400 is returned: master_friendly_id is missing. A 401 is returned: Unauthorized. A 404 is returned: Device belongs to another user. A 422 is returned: The friendly ID is not one this device can mirror.
