Push the master playlist to one mirror

Queues the push; the mirror shows the master playlist and inherited settings once it runs.

Error handling

A 401 is returned: Unauthorized. A 404 is returned: Not a mirror of this fleet. A 429 is returned: The mirror has had its hourly pushes.
