Show a hidden plugin error row again

Restores a hidden plugin error row using the values that originally hid it. Supply the same kind, subject_id, owner, and message values to identify the row.

The integer identifier of the error subject.

200Returns a response containing a `hidden` boolean indicating whether the error row remains hidden.

Error handling

A 401 is returned when the request is unauthorized. kind must be recipe or third_party, and owner must be author, upstream, installer_connection, or installer_setup; provide the same subject_id and message values that hid the row.
